We ordered Z275 galvanized coil, which has even and fine zinc patterns on the surface after being laid flat, with consistent color, making it very beautiful. Key inspections were conducted on the edges and ends, and no exposed steel, zinc particle accumulation, or obvious zinc scars were found. The coating adhesion was good, and after repeated bending tests, the zinc layer did not peel off, ensuring absolute rust prevention performance.

The 6mm thickness board we ordered has a very small tolerance in actual testing, and the thickness of the entire board is very uniform. This has saved us a lot of trouble in the subsequent laser cutting programming, and the cut parts have good consistency in size, with almost no scrap caused by sheet metal problems.
